Come work with multidisciplinary teams that manage and deliver business and technology projects for the Financial Markets, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking or Personal Banking sectors. You will work on large-scale projects such as digital web and mobile transformation, infrastructure as code (Cloud), business projects, regulations, etc.

Your day to day:
•    Manage and implement large, complex high-visibility business and technology projects prioritized by business sectors, by creating a motivating environment that fosters innovation, and exercising your corporate leadership
•    Anticipate problem situations, take action and help resolve large-scale problems involving several sectors by implementing solutions and mitigation/contingency plans 
•    Initiate changes and encourage the constant rethinking of work methods with a view to fostering continuous improvement to achieve objectives
•    Continually optimize the use of project resources in order to achieve sector objectives, roll out different strategies for recruiting and retaining project resources
•    Consistently identify, raise and manage risks and issues inherent to the project and sectors, be proactive and have a strategic vision
•    Produce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports while adapting your communications to the various audiences (business, IT, Operations) and to the executive level 
•    Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators; from technology to change management, constantly taking into account the client experience
•    Set up governance and the right communication channels between project collaborators and ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders
•    Be a change agent, promoting our values and demonstrating that we have zero tolerance for undesirable behaviours
•    Manage contracts with service providers in several languages, cultures and time zones (contracts, governance, etc.)
•    Be part of the solution when taking over projects escalated internally or with our external partners
•    Offer regular coaching and feedback to team members 
•    Be a transformation agent while ensuring the best client and employee experience during the project’s life cycle and its deployment.

Ideal profile :

•    Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or completed master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience
•    At least 10 years of experience as a project manager of large-scale projects and in large companies
•    Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams 
•    Experience managing internal and external partners and service providers
•    In-depth knowledge of budget management in project mode
•    Experience leading workshops and coaching
•    Comfortable with the Agile delivery method and able to manage ambiguity
•    Knowledge of the banking industry, an asset  
•    Coaching certification, an asset
•    Rigorous, results-oriented, negotiation skills, and ability to manage conflicts and/or escalating situations
•    Able to explain issues, risks and business objectives in simple terms 
•    Able to understand the business realities of the sectors involved
•    Good communication and synthesis skills at all levels of the organization (from team members to executives)
•    Influential leadership and strong political acumen
•    Able to cooperate effectively, be accountable, and be part of the solution
•    Superior ability to adapt to change
•    Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
•    Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential.
