Job Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Operations Manager supports sales forecasting processes for the Services (Renewals and Professional Services) sales organization. You will proactively supervise and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.

  • Supports global consolidation efforts for executive level reporting.
  • Assist, on an as-needed basis, with deal cycles together with services sales reps to improve deal closure velocity and becomes a subject matter authority in pricing, licensing & approval processes.
  • Be a trusted advisor to provide business insights via crafting or distributing useful sales business intelligence reports.
  • Support services sales management in finding opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with services sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists services sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Provides support in implementing and testing new technologies to services sales teams. Supervises the assigned services sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with services sales management to optimize the efficiency of the firm’s technology investments
  • Support sales operations management with ad-hoc reporting
  • Builds peer level support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

  • Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported
  • Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives
  • Responsible for the efficient support of the sales organization throughout the deal cycle
  • Accountable for accurate and timely reporting, including forecasting, crucial for sales organization efficiency
  • Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management

Requirements

  • University/College degree in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work well in groups
  • Ability to multitask
