Commitment to Diversity

The CRA is committed to providing a workplace that is free of discrimination, is culturally competent, and which values diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunity. At the CRA, we work together to create healthy workplaces by interacting with civility and respect, embracing diversity and inclusiveness, and making efforts to ensure people feel heard and valued. We are currently undergoing an extensive consultation process to expand and enhance our existing initiatives related to diversity and inclusion and introduce further initiatives to remove and prevent barriers related to anti-racism.

Vision for the Future

The CRA will continue to develop additional employment equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies to monitor its success, acquire feedback and understand where further enhancements to their diversity and inclusion portfolio can be made.
