If so, then you could be the ideal Administrative Account Representative!
This position reports to the Administration Manager, Real Estate Financing.
Your main challenges:
- Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards and procedures
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and ensure client satisfaction by offering them personalized service
- Offer courteous, professional service in response to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files
- Keep abreast of new developments in your activity sector to ensure the quality of services offered
- Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations
More specifically, you will:
- Ensure the management and administrative follow-up of files entrusted to you
- Make sure that your unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures
- Carry out administrative tasks to follow up bank account and investment openings and changes
- Manage follow-up of files requiring action
- Establish and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders involved in processing client files to help solve problems and provide excellent customer service
- Support clients with their administrative requests
- Optimize interactions with clients
Competencies required:
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience
- Commercial Banking experience, an asset
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of LIS, ML and ICOP applications, preferred
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
