Being a Manager Business Development Group Retirement Plan, it’s guiding corporate clients and their employees. You will evaluate and consult National Bank of Canada clients to ensure that their group plan meets their objectives.  You will contribute to the revenue growth of the sector by ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency through the sales and implementation process.  You will join a unified team that is mobilized under the leadership of Manager Sales and Business Development National Bank Trust.

Your main challenges:

  • Establish relationship with clients and the different National Bank of Canada stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize files so clients and NBT’s objectives are met
  • Stay in touch with any new industry development pertaining to capitalization programs
  • Help in resolving complex situations with clients
  • Being able to manage priorities of a large geographical territory
  • Help solve complex situations with clients

More specifically, you will have to do:

  • Sell and support implementation of group plans while maintaining privileged relationship with clients
  • Support Customer Service Directors in the planning and deployment of new groups
  • Develop strong relationship with NBC commercial bankers and NBF investment advisors to ensure continuous business development
  • Supervise administrative tasks linked to implementation and ongoing group plan management
  • Resolve issues with our partners and follow up on them to ensure customer satisfaction

Competencies Required

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, linked to the business field, with 5 pertinent years of experience or Master’s degree, linked to the business field, with 3 pertinent years of experience
  • Bilingual (oral/written) French and English
  • AMF appropriate license (completed or on the way) is preferred
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Group retirement plan industry knowledge
  • Thorough follow up skills with client
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Good time and priority management skills
  • Ability in group presentation
