Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Order Operations, the Manager, Channel Operations you will focus on providing oversite and management of the daily transactional operation elements and processes for the Channel Sales Team and BlackBerry Partners, ensuring that both internal and external customers are supported.  You will also play a critical role in the implementation of new channel initiatives, acting as a project manager aligning operational resources and systems to support the project deliverables and KPIs. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that delivers exceptional service to both internal and external audiences, by coaching, developing, and setting priorities and expectations. 
  • Drive operational excellence by developing, evaluating, and continually improving efficient processes and systems that support the Channel Sales teams in reaching and exceeding revenue target.
  • Project Manage the operational elements of Channel sales initiatives by executing projects that deliver within scope, time, and budget.

You will have a passion for quality and excellence and will promote the same with your peers.  You will also demonstrate solid leadership experience both with leading an immediate team, but also collaborating with broader project teams to deliver on key requirements.  To achieve this, you need to be an extremely detailed project manager who is motivated to solve problems and implement efficient and clear business processes.   

  • University/college degree in a related field (preference Business Management/Administration)
  • 3-5 years people leadership experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation, and team building
  • Experience in designing and developing processes and monitoring them for continual improvements for optimal efficiency
  • Solid attention to detail and demonstration of project management disciplines
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills
  • Expertise in using MS Office and Salesforce, including up to date knowledge and experience
