Your Opportunity

Stantec is looking to fill the Corporate Fleet Coordinator (CFC) position with an individual who has demonstrated abilities to improve processes and increase efficiencies. The CFC will report directly to the Corporate Fleet manager and work with internal and external resources to ensure that the company maintains its fleet of over 1200 ATV’s, boats, trailers and vehicles.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop quote and order vehicles, review maintenance and repairs, add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel usage and dispose of vehicles coming out of service
  • Reconcile invoicing with our fleet management vendor and fixed assets
  • Train new personnel in fleet administration programs
  • Oversee vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll
  • Provide carbon footprint data from the operation of the vehicle fleet
  • Update fleet program manuals on the company intranet

Education and Experience

  • Related post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Two years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
