  • Project manage and support new website build
  • Optimize the end-to-end digital campaigns (including audience segments, creative, content, networks, channels, tactics, etc) on an ongoing basis in real time.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of display advertising, paid search and paid social media campaigns where post-click conversion metrics (KPIs) are the objective
  • Optimize the end-to-end digital campaigns (including audience segments, creative, content, networks, channels, tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real time to maximize ROI of each marketing dollar spent, leveraging audience targeting and other tactics to drive efficiencies
  • Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance to establish a base for key learnings to drive future campaigns
  • Lead and analyze media buys; develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and growth
  • Identify new advertising opportunities within new social and ad buying platforms.
  • Actively contribute to the research, development and introduction of new software and tools
  • Stay current on trends in all aspects of creative and digital marketing
  • College or university required
  • Digital Marketing or similar diploma preferred

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to help develop and oversee execution of the digital marketing strategy along with the creative marketing team. This includes a social media strategy, client journey and client experience strategy, client segmentation and developing a digital brand story and voice that aligns with the overall brand strategy. Monitor to report key metrics and KPIs and adjust execution as needed to drive success.
