Until Substantial Completion, the OMR Manager is responsible for the management of all operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation functions related to the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, except accounting and finance functions led by the Chief Financial Officer. The OMR Manager is expected to have a thorough understanding of the Project Agreement, Interface Agreement, and all scope elements for BNAOM.
