This role is responsible for driving the member engagement strategy that will carry Scene+ members through the lifecycle. Taking an iterative test-and-roll approach and working collaboratively with the Partner Marketing teams, you will ensure Scene+ meets its member engagement goals with a particular focus on reactivation of members who are at risk of becoming inactive. Your goal is to get members moved into the next RFM decile, and you know understand what that means.

You are passionate about customer loyalty, know how to work with an analytics team to generate strategic audience segments and love to dive into the data to develop insights. You also know how to action those insights. You enjoy designing customer lifecycle journeys that supports the member from their most highly engaged moments to their retirement. And you can do all of this while helping our Owners achieve their objectives for the program.

What you need:

  • Own and design the annual member lifecycle plan in collaboration with various internal stakeholders
  • Develop test-and-roll marketing calendars to determine the best segmentation, creative, cadence, offers and approach, never settling for the current state
  • Track and analyze journey results across all applicable channels, and develop insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time
  • Manage budgets to optimize the targeting and deployment of assets and media across all relevant owned and paid channels
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Digital, Marketing Delivery, Analytics and Operations teams to improve member experiences
  • Post-secondary education in marketing
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 3+ years experience with lifecycle marketing, preferably with a focus on customer loyalty, cross-sell and retention
  • 3+ years conceptualizing multi-channel customer journeys including paid and owned channels
  • 3+ years experience driving engagement KPIs across a large customer base
  • 2+ years managing and optimizing marketing budgets
  • 2+ years managing internal and external agency and partner relationships
