As a Microsoft 365 Senior Security & Compliance Advisor, you will be in charge of implementing both operational initiatives and projects and helping to set up and update M365 security products used in various aspects of our practices.

• Contribute to projects within multidisciplinary teams by representing the best interests of the stakeholders and innovating
• Help prioritize activities according to operational needs and/or projects while properly managing change and considering IT constraints and the relationship with external partners (Microsoft)
• Keep stakeholders informed on the progress of initiatives and the status of solutions and influence them by effectively sharing your product vision and information about complex situations
• Be a product expert for sponsors and stakeholders
• Prove your technical knowledge in various initiatives and be able to explain and summarize the information using business rather than technical language appropriate for the audience
• Help our management team with decision making when it comes to M365 technical products in one or various aspects of our processes
• Share your verbal and written recommendations and document the progress of your deliverables (reports, presentations, technical documents, etc.) depending on the audience
• Contribute to other internal practices by sharing knowledge and offering training and/or other relevant activities.
