• Daily processing and administration of RRIF/LIF payments, RRSP/TFSA withdrawals, contributions, swaps, internal transfers, marriage breakdown, home buyers’ withdrawals
• Process RESP withdrawals for both beneficiary and subscribers
• Update RESP accounts with Notional information
• Setting up RRIF, LIF, RLIF payment profile
• Process special unlocking requests for various pension bodies
• Setting up PAC’s and SWP’s
• Awareness of policy changes in connection to all registered products
• Communicate with branches, internal department, Computershare’s, compliance regarding related enquiries
• Willingness to learn new systems relevant to RWL processing
• Perform additional duties which may arise from time to time

• Post secondary education or College degree required

The ideal applicant will be responsible to ensure all processing complies with AML standards, and CRA regulations. This individual will work as part of a highly motivated team, and is willing to deliver “best in class” service.
