SUMMARY

The Sales Enablement Team at BlackBerry is searching for a Sales Instructional Designer education professional whose job is to identify the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps within the Sales Team and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Redesign cyber security courses and the curriculum for the Sales teams at BlackBerry
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and identify sales training needs
• Create engaging and creative training materials
• State learning goals and create content to meet those goals
• Maintain project documentation & course folders

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years experience in Instructional Design & Delivery with a BS/BA or 5 years with a MS/MA
• Previous experience in executing learning solutions specifically for Adult Learners
• Advanced skills in video & design, a strong ability to write effective copy, instructional text as well as audio and video scripts.
• Current and relevant knowledge of instructional design process, learning styles, and instructional techniques
• Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in design and development of training for all three main delivery methods: e-Learning/digital learning, self-directed and facilitated classroom
