In a career with the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management and Regulatory Risk team, you will help orchestrate the accelerating transformation of the Commercial Banking sector, facilitate operational issue resolution, and coordinate complex changes to regulations.

As a Senior Advisor, Portfolio Management reporting to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management and Regulatory Risk Leader, you will be responsible for the sound management and ongoing orchestration of the Commercial Banking initiatives portfolio.

 Your main challenges:

• Maintain effective governance of portfolio management within the sector, including coordination of the Commercial Banking Initiatives Committee
• Have an in-depth understanding of strategic initiatives and interdependencies of the Commercial Banking portfolio
• Formalize and maintain the initiatives roadmap in order to execute Commercial Banking's strategic priorities
• Act as the main point of contact for all questions related to Commercial Banking portfolio managements
• Work in synergy with all the teams in the Commercial Banking Strategy, Solutions and Processes sector and our partners (Operations, CEC, IT, Digital, Marketing, Business Strategy, and P&C Integration, etc.) to ensure quality execution
• Collaborate with our Finance partners and the Business Strategy and P&C Integration team to monitor, measure, and analyze the Commercial Banking portfolio
• Make recommendations to optimize sector and cross-sector alignment and sequencing in order to maintain global strategic alignment

Competencies required:

• A completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR a completed master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of the Commercial Banking sector and business challenges across the Bank
• Strong ability to simplify and summarize information
• Ability to lead strategic discussions
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
• Experience in portfolio and project management
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
