As a Senior Banking Advisor at National Bank you’ll use your leadership skills to help your colleagues build their expertise. You’ll adopt a friendly approach and provide high-quality advice as you deliver a people-centric experience to branch clients.

Your role

• Provide advice and offer tailored transactional, investment, financing and insurance solutions.
• Show clients how to use our digital platforms.
• Develop and participate in your team’s business development activities.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Maintain relationships with your clients and meet their needs.
• Optimize the use of banking tools to advise your client.
• Refer clients to your colleagues for their specialized needs
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

The schedual is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day. No weekends or nights.  This position reports to the Branch Manager. Every day, you will work with a team of a experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.

Competencies required

• University degree combined with two years of experience (desired)
• Experience in an advisory role
• Business development experience
• Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
• Experience in an advisor role of at least 2 years.
