Your job

  • Transform the vision of the sector from a consulting approach to strategic support to the business plan. Monitor industry best practices and implement innovative sales efficiency strategies.
  • Modernize and evolve the approach to change management and adoption. Actively contribute to the successful deployment of new technologies and programs/products.
  • Contribute to the definition of the vision of the Enterprise experience of the future. Collaborate with the Personal and GP1859 sectors in execution.
  • Review the training strategy and development plans of employees in the Enterprise sector and modernize their tools. Set up and manage governance and contribute to the growth of the practice by collaborating with the Personal and Wealth Management sectors.
  • Develop a team of professionals to support the executive and regional leaders of the sales force in the implementation of New Enterprise products towards the achievement of their business targets.

 

Reporting to Isabelle Savard, Vice President of Corporate Sales Strategy and Efficiency, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of enthusiasts. The team, composed of 8 permanent senior professionals and 3 students, is autonomous, seasoned and occupies a prominent place in the Large Enterprise family. Well established also transversally in the organization, the team and its leader have the opportunity to have a positive impact with all sectors of the company. Do you want to have a balance between strategy and execution, between sectoral and transversal, between thinking about the present and preparing for the future? Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge practices and support team in the transformation of their roles.
  • Good knowledge of the commercial banking sector
  • Experience in supporting sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English

Privileged skills

  • Significant experience in personnel management and coaching
  • Excellent ability to influence and relational.
